In the upcoming months residents will be working with Strathcona County and ISL Engineering and Land Services, Soles and Company and Boulevard Transportation to develop a traffic calming plan for north Glen Allan.

Speed data collected by Strathcona County on Glenbrook Boulevard in 2014 shows that, at times, traffic is moving faster than the road has been designed to accommodate.

You can help address this safety concern, by j
oining an interactive family-friendly workshop Wednesday, March 25th from 6:30-8:30pm or Thursday, March 26th from 9:30-11:30am upstairs at the Glen Allan Recreation Centre.

Because traffic calming on one street has the potential to affect surrounding streets, the traffic calming process will consider other roads in the area in addition to Glenbrook Boulevard, therefore anyone who resides or commutes in and around that area is encouraged to attend.
