Neighbours, friends and family you don't have to go far from 'home' to enjoy dinner and movies!  Join us Saturday, September 10 for a community potluck starting at 6pm in Gilmore Park.  For families the movie HOME will start at dusk and for youth / adults the movie The Martian will follow.

There have been reports of a suspicious red car and individual males near Gilmore Park behaving as if they are doing drug deals. The police have been alerted and have instructed people to call as soon as anything suspicious occurs. If there is a concern regarding suspicious activity in the neighbourhood please call RCMP immediately while it is occurring, and they will send someone to check it out.  RCMP does not recommend approaching or interacting with the person(s) in question because this may put the observer at risk, but it is a personal choice if a resident chooses to do so.  Dispatch will ask the caller to help with identification of the individuals being reported in case they move on before an officer arrives: visual description of person(s) including clothing, age, height, hair, anything else that might help identify them; if they are in a vehicle a license plate number; if they left the direction they were last seen traveling.   If the observer can keep the individuals
